The McCormick Home Ranch welcomes any licensed caterer! Food trucks and BBQ’s are welcome.

All rentals and additional lighting are provided exclusively through the ranch via Red Door Events Inc. A rentals meeting will be scheduled for you to select all items for your event. Final payment for rentals is due two weeks prior to your event. Please note that specialty rentals may require a deposit or an earlier final payment deadline.

Yes, our in-house staff will set up and break down all of your in-house rentals. Option for putting linens on your table, napkin folding, and table setting is available at additional cost.

Yes, the venue requires that all events have a professional coordinator along with event servers to run the event. The coordinator must have event liability insurance. In-house coordinating is available, and we have an amazing list of coordinators we can refer.

Can I come by for additional walkthroughs?

Yes. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. In house bartenders are available.

If there is rain forecasted for any part of your day you are required to tent. The McCormick Home Ranch must handle the logistics of the tenting. The cost of tenting can be quoted to you at any time.

Yes! The ranch allows you to bring in your own decorations. All decorations. must be removed and taken out of the ranch by the end of the event.

Clients’ pets are allowed on the property. Please clean up after your pet.

We do have a large lighted gravel parking lot that all of your guests can park in. All guests and vendors must park in the parking lot.
